Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As an MBA fresher, you will be trained to represent our brand, pitch products/services to customers, and generate new business opportunities in assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and generate leads
Meet sales targets by promoting and selling products/services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
Gather market intelligence and provide customer feedback to the team
Submit daily reports and update CRM or reporting tools
Participate in promotional events or on-ground activations as needed
Requirements:
MBA in Marketing/Sales or relevant specialization (Freshers welcome)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions
