Field Sales Executive Niki Impex

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive with experience in plywood, laminates, or building material sales. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and well-versed in market visits, dealer handling, and order generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit dealers, retailers, and construction sites regularly to generate sales
• Build strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Promote and explain product range (Doors, Plywood, Frames)
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report to the sales manager
• Provide market feedback and competitor updates

Requirements:

. 2 to 4 years of sales experience in plywood, laminates, or similar industries

• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability
