We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Hex Solutions, representing our brand Skins & Shutters. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our home interior products to architects and interior designers, building relationships, and onboarding them as partners. Your goal will be to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and expand our network of architects and interior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, engage, and build relationships with architects and interior designers in your designated territory.
2. Promote and sell Skins & Shutters' home interior products, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
3. Conduct product presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase our products.
4. Onboard new architects and interior designers as partners, ensuring a smooth integration with our brand.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies.
9. Gather feedback from architects and interior designers, providing insights to improve our products and services.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
