Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough research on local market trends, property values, and zoning regulations affecting undeveloped land.
  • Identify potential buyers and target demographics interested in purchasing plots or open land for development.

2. Property Marketing:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote plots or open land to potential buyers.
  • Create compelling listings and advertisements showcasing the unique features and development potential of the land.
  • Utilize various marketing channels such as online platforms, social media, and networking events to reach potential buyers.

3. Client Consultation:

  • Consult with prospective buyers to understand their land requirements, investment objectives, and development goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on the suitability of available land parcels based on clients' needs and preferences.

4. Site Visits and Tours:

  • Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers to showcase the features and benefits of the land.
