Job Overview:


We are looking for an energetic and motivated Male Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves visiting potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable working on the field.

Key Responsibilities:


  Visit potential clients/customers to present and promote products/services.


  Generate leads and follow up on new business opportunities.


  Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers.


  Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.


  Collect feedback and market insights from the field.


  Submit daily reports on visits, leads, and conversions.


  Coordinate with the internal sales/operations team for smooth service delivery.


  Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:


  Must be willing to travel locally for field visits.


  Good communication and convincing skills.


  Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.


  Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.


  Must have a smartphone and knowledge of using apps/CRM (if applicable).


  Minimum education: 10th/12th pass or Graduate.


  Male candidates only (as per job requirement).


  Own two-wheeler is a plus (if required for travel).
