  • Requirements:
  • Basic Knowledge of any Accounting software like Tally, Marg or Busy accounting software
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting & accounting software (preferred)
  • Must Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Personal Laptop is mandatory for daily work tasks ?
  • Two-Wheeler/Vehicle & driving License required for local travel.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.

Client Engagement & Needs Analysis: Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to thoroughly understand their existing business processes, accounting requirements, and daily operational challenges.

Solution Mapping & Demonstration: Analyze client challenges and effectively demonstrate how specific features and functionalities within Busy Accounting Software can provide practical solutions and improve their business efficiency.

Product Demonstration: Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations of Busy Accounting Software to diverse audiences, highlighting its benefits and ease of use

Sales Closure: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

License Activation & Payment Collection: Facilitate the activation of Busy Accounting Software licenses and ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Initial Client Onboarding & Support: Provide initial guidance and support to new clients on how to effectively use the Busy Accounting Software, ensuring a smooth transition and positive user experience.

Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to contribute to product development and sales strategy.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

[1-2] years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in software sales (accounting software experience is a strong plus).

Demonstrable understanding of accounting principles and business operations.


Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into software solutions.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Basic technical aptitude to troubleshoot common software usage queries.

Fluency in [Hindi, English].
