Job Description

Location: Krishnagiri District

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect potential farmers through direct visits, networking, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with farmers to understand their needs and requirements.
  3. Present and demonstrate our products/services to farmers effectively, highlighting their features and benefits.
  4. Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  5. Follow up with farmers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  7. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to develop strategies for business growth.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products/services and expand our network

Requirements:

  1. Freshers & Experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in Dairy Industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing deals and achieving targets.
  4. Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a drive to succeed and exceed sales goals.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desirable.
