Job Description
Location: Krishnagiri District
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential farmers through direct visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to farmers effectively, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with farmers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to develop strategies for business growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products/services and expand our network
Requirements:
- Freshers & Experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in Dairy Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing deals and achieving targets.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a drive to succeed and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desirable.
