Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Visit retail outlets, general trade shops, and modern trade stores to generate sales orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key channel partners.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement as per company standards.
  • Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Execute in-store promotional activities and product displays.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company credit policy.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain trust and loyalty.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update the manager on field activities.
  • Support the implementation of new product launches in the market.
  • Key Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/Marketing).
  • 1-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
  • Good knowledge of local markets and routes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / sales reporting apps.

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives + Travel Allowance.
