Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Visit retail outlets, general trade shops, and modern trade stores to generate sales orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key channel partners.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement as per company standards.
- Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Execute in-store promotional activities and product displays.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company credit policy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain trust and loyalty.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update the manager on field activities.
- Support the implementation of new product launches in the market.
- Key Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/Marketing).
- 1-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Good knowledge of local markets and routes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / sales reporting apps.
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives + Travel Allowance.
