Key Responsibilities:
Field sales and branch-based customer acquisition for personal loans
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
Maintain relationships with customers and provide excellent post-sales service
Achieve sales targets assigned by the bank
Daily reporting of sales activities to the team leader/manager
Eligibility Criteria:
Education : Graduates preferred
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
Gender: Both Male & Female can apply
Other Requirement: *Bike is mandatory*
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of personal loan products is an added advantage
