Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively engage with customers, promote our products/services, and grow our customer base. The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing, and skilled at building strong relationships in the field. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory Visit clients regularly for sales meetings, product demonstrations, and relationship building Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools Gather market insights and competitor information to support strategic planning Follow up on leads, manage sales pipelines, and ensure timely closures Work closely with internal teams (marketing, support, etc.) for smooth customer onboarding Provide feedback from the field to help improve product/services and customer satisfaction Requirements: Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (13 years preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Travel reimbursement Career growth opportunities Training and support from an experienced team ,
