Field Recruiter Magenta Mobility

Key Responsibilities:

Source commercial vehicle drivers (3W/4W or heavy vehicle) as per company requirements.

Visit driver hubs, stands, transport unions, and local spots to generate leads.

Conduct on-ground promotional and recruitment activities like flyers, roadshows, and referral programs.

Explain job roles, benefits, and onboarding process to potential driver candidates.

Collect and verify necessary documents (DL, Aadhaar, RC, etc.).

Coordinate with internal onboarding and training teams for smooth candidate conversion.

Maintain a tracker of leads, follow-ups, and successfully hired drivers.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass; degree preferred but not mandatory.

Prior experience in field recruitment, logistics, or blue-collar hiring is a plus.

Strong network and local area knowledge (driver routes, hubs, etc.).

Comfortable with field work and daily travel.

Basic smartphone and app-handling skills.

Good communication and convincing skills in local/regional languages.
