- Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles across e-commerce and quick commerce verticals
- Source, screen, and onboard candidates using multiple hiring platforms as we as through direct on the field recruitment
- Collaborate with agencies to build and manage a robust candidate pipeline for delivery, warehouse, and Dark store operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies
- Maintain reports and data on hiring progress and candidate attendance and performance.
