Job Description
- Hiring the Riders for Grocery / Store (Hyperlocal Business)Identify and source the riders through different channels like Databases, Apna Jobs, Olx Jobs, and On fields.
- Respective Store TL will be assigned one particular store all over the cityClient shipments have to be delivered through the newly hired riders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fix any escalation from riders with regards to activation.
- Attendance ManagementPayout Management
- Preferred Competencies:
- Delivery Rider Hiring ExperienceField Sales / Marketing experience.
- Good communication in a Regional Language (Preferably Hindi and Bengali)
- Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification - 12th and Above with experience Age - 19 to 35 yearsPreferred
- Ownership - Android phone + Own Bike or Scooter
- Functional Regional language (Ability to speak & read is a must)
- Min 1 year of work experience is preferred.
- Location - Kolkatta (West Bengal) Baranagar, Howrah, Behala, Kalighat, Kankurgachi.
