You are from EcomaxGo, a Govt of India backed startup currently looking to hire a Field Operations Manager based in Delhi. As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all field activities across multiple locations. Your main objective will be to ensure that projects are efficiently executed, meeting safety standards, timelines, budget constraints, and maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. This role plays a crucial part in connecting the office and field teams, thereby facilitating smooth daily operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include managing and supervising daily field operations and field staff, coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, as well as supporting the hiring, training, and development of field staff. You will also be in charge of managing equipment, supplies, and logistical requirements across different job sites, preparing regular reports on the status and challenges of field operations, and promptly resolving any field-related issues to minimize downtime and cost overruns. The ideal candidate for this role must possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing field operations effectively. Additionally, the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both office and field teams is essential. It is worth noting that having a bike is a mandatory requirement for this position. The salary range for this role is between 25k to 30k with additional reimbursement benefits.,
