Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
? Identify and engage with potential clients for memberships, events, and corporate tie-ups.
? Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities for the sports club and convention hall.
? Create marketing campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team for promotions.
? Negotiate and close business deals with clients and stakeholders.
? Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to enhance services and pricing strategies.
? Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
? Organize site visits and presentations to prospective customers and partners.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for driving business growth for Vishwanadh Sports Club and Convention Hall. This includes increasing memberships, booking events, securing partnerships, and improving overall market presence. Experience & Skills Required:
? 0 -5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (experience in sports, wellness, or events industry preferred).
