Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling a wide range of construction and building products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, architects, builders, and construction firms. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management. Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively. Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager. Requirements: Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Knowledge of local market and customer base in the construction industry is a plus.
