Role Objective:
The Field Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of field activities within the assigned territory only, ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field operations, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audience measurement equipment (Meters).
- Ensure timely Call attendance and reporting of assigned task.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with households and stakeholders to ensure continued participation.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate / Technical Diploma (ITI/Polytechnic).
- Experience: 0-5 years in field operations (freshers can apply).
- Strong communication skills with fluency in the local language.
- Good interpersonal and execution skills.
- Must have a good personality and problem-solving ability.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Travel allowance: ?4.5 per km (Home-to-Home travel covered).
- Daily DA allowance.
