JBF (India) Trust, a prominent animal welfare organization, is seeking a Field Coordinator cum Fundraiser to be based in Delhi. This role is fully field-based and encompasses outreach, fundraising, and rescue coordination activities. As a Field Coordinator cum Fundraiser, you will have the chance to work on the ground in various locations across Delhi/NCR. Your responsibilities will include engaging directly with communities and stakeholders to raise funds and awareness, traveling with rescue teams, and managing on-site documentation. Your efforts will contribute to expanding the organization's impact through field-level coordination and relationship-building. This is an incentive-based position where you can earn a direct percentage of the funds you raise. Additionally, your travel and food expenses during field visits will be covered by the organization. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication and persuasion skills. The ideal candidate should be willing to work extensively in the field and travel as required. A passion for animal welfare and community service is essential, while previous fundraising or field experience is preferred but not mandatory. This is a full-time position located in Delhi, with an immediate start date.
