Job Summary:As a Field Collection Executive at Kalyan Jewellers, you will be responsible for visiting customers to recover pending payments related to jewellery purchases, gold schemes (such as advance booking or chit schemes), and EMI collections. The role involves regular field visits, strong customer interaction, and timely reporting.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit customers with pending dues for EMI payments or scheme installments.
• Collect payments (cash, cheque, UPI) and issue receipts as per company policy.
• Remind customers of due dates, penalties for delay, and resolve any basic queries.
• Maintain daily collection records and submit accurate reports to the store or regional manager.
• Ensure all collections are deposited as per company procedures and timelines.
• Coordinate with the in-store accounts team for reconciliations.
• Follow up on bounce cases or default customers professionally and firmly.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure ethical collection practices.
• Meet monthly collection targets set by the management.
