Job Title: Collection Executive

Location: Berhampore

Department: Collections

Reports To: Collection Manager

Job Summary:The Collection Executive will be responsible for coordinating with the in-house collection team, managing customer visits, and ensuring timely cash collection and deposit. The role requires strong customer relationship management skills to convince and coordinate with customers for EMI payments, minimize defaults, and report any bad debts to the management.

• Key Responsibilities:Customer Coordination:
• Work closely with the in-house collection team to identify customer visits for collections.
• Coordinate with customers for timely cash collection.
• Persuade and follow up with customers to clear default EMIs.
• Cash Collection & Deposits:
• Ensure collected cash is handed over to the respective Hub Managers or deposited in the bank within 48 hours of collection.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions.
• Field Visits & Relationship Management:
• Complete the required number of field visits for collections as per the set targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate timely payments.
• Reporting & Compliance:
• Report any  RTP( Refuse to Pay) or delinquent accounts to the reporting manager promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and collection procedures.

• Qualifications & Experience:Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1-2 years in collections, field recovery, or a similar role (preferred in NBFC, Collections, or Financial Services).
• Other Requirements: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
