Job Description
As the Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement operational policies and strategies in alignment with the organization's objectives. You will act as a liaison between the institute, clients, client families, intra-departmental teams, and care partners. Your responsibilities will include managing physical placement and replacement, handling customer grievances, cross-selling and upselling, collecting customer feedback, conducting customer visits, updating caregiver and customer attendance, and coordinating with customers, care partners, care managers, and the HR operations team. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with the opportunity for a performance bonus. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of total work experience and be proficient in Kannada, Hindi, and English languages. A willingness to travel up to 50% is required for this role, and the work location is in person.
