As a Fiber Optic Technician at Revmax Telecom Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. located in Vikhroli, Mumbai, you will be responsible for installing, splicing, and testing fiber optic cables and related equipment. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving faults in fiber optics, conducting tests such as OTDR, power meter, and light source tests to ensure optimal signal quality, and performing fusion splicing and termination using industry-standard tools. It will be essential for you to maintain accurate documentation of your work, including daily reports, and to carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance on fiber infrastructure. Collaboration with team members and supervisors to ensure timely task completion will also be part of your responsibilities, while adhering to safety protocols and company standards. To excel in this role, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Additionally, you must be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required.
