Position : Female Sales Coordinator Job description : Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy timeliness and Authorization. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements Sales Report every month Location Wise Sales Person Full fill Sales Person Enquiry related rates and products The quality issue to attend Sample dispatch updates to customers Arranging review meetings with reports Preformat Invoice / Dispatch Report delay discussion. Customer visits for orders and new development inquiries.
