The Food and Beverage (F&B) Cost Controller role involves managing and optimizing costs related to food and beverage operations. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels of food and beverage items, conducting regular stock takes, and ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained. Additionally, you will prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis, to identify trends and areas of concern. Routine audits will be performed to ensure accuracy and compliance. This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes day shifts, evening shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability.
