We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restobar Captain to lead our service team and ensure an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant and bar. Lead and train service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality. Ensure smooth workflow between the kitchen, bar, and service teams. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Monitor inventory, manage stock, and ensure the availability of bar and restaurant essentials. Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times. Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff performance. Support in event planning and execution. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of food, beverages, and customer service. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Familiarity with POS systems and order management. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
