Job Description

The candidate pre-requisites for the Fashion Design Faculty position at PIFT are as follows: You should hold a minimum B.Sc Degree or B.Design in Fashion Design from a reputable institution in India such as NIFT, PEARL, NID, or from another well-known institute. Additionally, teaching experience of at least 2-3 years in a respected institute is required. Industry experience or experience in a designer studio is preferred. It is essential to have a good understanding of subjects such as Fashion Illustration, Freehand sketching, Live sketching, CAD software design, Pattern Making, Garment Construction, Fashion Illustration, and Design Process. Moreover, possessing the skills and passion to motivate and groom students for better learning is crucial. This position is open to both male and female candidates and is available on a full-time or part-time basis. The benefits include internet reimbursement and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, and performance bonuses as well as yearly bonuses are provided. The ideal candidate should have a total of 1 year of work experience.
