Role Description This is a hybrid internship role for a Fashion Designer Intern based in Chennai. The intern will contribute to various aspects of the design and production process including embroidery detailing, fashion sketching, fittings, textile exploration, and more. You will work closely with the design and creative team to assist in developing upcoming collections and conceptualizing fresh design ideas. Note: Exceptional interns who show creativity, commitment, and strong work ethic may be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship. Key Responsibilities Assist in fashion design development, sampling, and embroidery Support garment fitting sessions and make design alterations Research textile trends and explore fabric choices Collaborate on mood boards, color palettes, and design ideas Help in styling, photo shoots, and content creation for the brand Coordinate with the production team for prototype and final outputs Qualifications Strong interest and skills in embroidery, fashion design, and textiles Understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fashion trends Aesthetic sense with artistic and creative vision Good communication and teamwork skills Eye for detail and precision in design Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design or related field Duration: 3 months Hybrid work setup (remote + on-site in Chennai) Monthly stipend will be provided High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role post internship,
