Job Title: Fashion Designer eCommerce Brands

Location: Bangalore (Full-time, On-site)

Reporting to : Head E-commerce

Core Purpose

Own the product design journey from researching trends to creating bestselling, distinctive ranges to help build standout menswear and kidswear brands for Indias online-first consumer.

Key Outcomes (Top 3-5 KPIs)

• Launch 23 strong collections per month across menswear/kidswear, aligned with brand DNA.
• Achieve a 60%+ hit rate on newly launched styles based on defined success criteria (sales velocity, returns, reviews).
• Ensure design-to-launch turnaround <45 days by working closely with sourcing/production.
• Publish monthly product insights: whats working, whats not, and whats next.

Responsibilities

• Research trends, study competitors, and analyze performance data to guide design direction.
• Create moodboards, sketches, and tech packs for monthly drops and evergreen lines.
• Collaborate with sourcing and production to ensure cost-effective, feasible, and scalable designs.
• Use available stock fabrics/trims creatively to launch capsule collections.
• Work with content and catalog teams to ensure key product details are captured for eCommerce assets.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in fashion design, ideally at an eCommerce or D2C apparel brand.
• Strong portfolio in menswear, kidswear, or both.
• Sharp trendspotting ability, strong sense of style, and commercial instincts.
• Familiarity with design software (AI/PS), tech packs, and garment construction.
• Bias for action, ownership mindset, and hunger to build a brand from scratch.
