Job Opportunity // United Colors of Benetton Position Title Sr. Fashion Consultant Reports To (Title) Store Manager Location Bangalore: Phoenix Market City & Mall of Asia Primary Responsibility Areas Should know to generate and pursue leads to grow the client base. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Knowledge of customers and market dynamics and requirements. Help clients choose merchandise for a variety of occasions and help them decide which styles are flattering and communicate the appropriate message Look after the visual merchandising of the store Assist the customers in the entire service cycle at the store including greetings, assistance during trials, recommendations, etc. Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management. Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Proficient in verbal English/Hindi/local language. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Sales Conversion numbers Footfall increase Qualifications- Graduate QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Work experience- 5 to 8 years with Retail Brands Skills required- Proficiency in English, Hindi & Local (Spoken), good presentation skills, Engaging and Increasing the Footfall, Delightful Customer Experience.,
