As a member of our backend fare/hotel contract loading and quality check team, you will be responsible for monitoring the fare/hotel contract loading process. Your role is crucial in ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in this aspect of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, a good understanding of the Travel Industry, and preferably have prior experience in loading hotel contracts. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the travel industry - Proficiency in MS Office applications and adept at mail drafting/report writing - Preferred industry qualifications - Interpretation and understanding of contract terminology used in Air/Hotel contracts Essential Skills: - Accurately load/amend hotel and ancillary services contracts within defined SLAs - Manage/report daily workload and tasks for the client - Strive for 100% accuracy by emphasizing quality control and process improvement - Organize the administration and prioritization of contracts Individual Specification: - Team player with good interpersonal skills - Strong time management abilities - Analytical approach with a keen eye for detail and accuracy - Ability to work efficiently under deadlines - Willingness to work flexible hours - Passion for continuous learning Experience Required: Minimum 1 year To apply for this position, please send your application via email.
