Depending upon the experience of the candidate, one will be relayed differnt roles accordingly. We are looking for candidates who are already working in engineering field like production, maintenance or so. The candidate is more likely to be selected if he has prior knowledge to what engineering practices like milling, turning, tapping, grinding, etc. are. Also if the candidate is a fresher, he will be introduced to such practices and will be offered job role accordingly.
