Job Description
- Operate factory machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Start and stop machines, monitor production output, and adjust settings to ensure proper operation.
- Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks like cleaning machines and changing parts as needed.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report defects to the supervisor.
- Keep the production area clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
- Maintain daily records of production output and machine logs.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and moving materials as required.
- Coordinate with other workers and supervisors for smooth workflow.
