Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee our furniture manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, high-quality output, and timely delivery. The successful candidate will supervise a team of workers, manage production schedules, maintain machinery, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, they will be responsible for outside installation operations, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Production: Direct and supervise the activities of factory workers engaged in furniture manufacturing. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality.

- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train production staff to optimize their performance and enhance their skills.

- Production Planning: Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.

- Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.

- Machine Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment.

- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment.

- Outside Installation: Coordinate and oversee outside installation operations, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in furniture production.

- Skills:

  - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  - Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach

  - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques

  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
