We are one of the largest and most reputable food manufacturing companies in Iraq, specializing in the production of high-quality ice cream products. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Ice Cream Factory Manager to oversee our production operations in Baghdad. Job location: Baghdad, Iraq Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the ice cream factory, including production, packaging, quality control, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of ice cream production, including mixing, freezing, and packaging - Ensure compliance with food safety and quality control regulations - Implement and maintain effective quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products - Manage and supervise a team of production staff, including training and development - Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and minimize waste - Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and overheads - Implement and maintain effective maintenance procedures to ensure equipment is in good working order - Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure effective communication and coordination Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in ice cream production - Proven track record of successful management experience in a food manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control regulations - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage) Salary and Benefits: - 2500 USD - Visa and sponsorship will be provided by the company Job Type: Full-time Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person,
