Factory Manager MN Industries

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and responsible person to act as the go-to point for all factory operations. This person will not only manage storage and inventory but also monitor labour efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and overall order in the factory.

You will suggest and implement better storage solutions, ensure cost control, and keep the factory running smoothly without the owner having to be everywhere.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSuggest and implement efficient storage solutions for spare parts, tools, and materials.
• Maintain organised and labelled storage areas for quick access.
• Supervise all factory labour to ensure proper work discipline, productivity, and safety.
• Ensure factory cleanliness and keep all areas clutter-free.
• Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance to prevent accidents.
• Track and reduce wastage, suggest cost-saving ideas, and prevent losses.
• Be the first point of contact if anything is wrong or needs attention in the factory.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to check operations, storage, safety, and cleanliness.
• Maintain simple records for stock, wastage, and issues reported.

• RequirementsExperience in factory supervision, stores management, or operations.
• Organised and proactive thinker with the ability to spot problems early.
• Good people management skills to control and motivate labour.
• Basic knowledge of factory tools, spare parts, and safety standards.
• Ability to suggest and implement improvements to save cost and space.
• Honest, dependable, and able to take full responsibility for assigned tasks.
