We are seeking an experienced and skilled Factory Manager to oversee the technical and HR functions of our manufacturing facility. As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing HR activities to drive employee engagement and retention. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Technical: 1. Production Planning: Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demands. 2. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. 3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. 4. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment to minimize downtime. HR: 1. Recruitment: Manage recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the best talent is acquired. 2. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement and retention. 3. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 4.
