Job Description

We are a dynamic and growing textile manufacturing company with a strong presence in domestic market. Alongside our in-house domestic brand, we cater to other brands as well. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Factory Manager to lead our production operations. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Execution: Develop, monitor, and manage the entire production schedule to meet deadlines across multiple accounts including both our in-house brand and client orders. New Developments: Coordinate sampling and development processes, working closely with the design and merchandising teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility in execution. Order Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of each order from raw material procurement to finished goods dispatch ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage. Supplier Coordination: Liaise effectively with a wide network of fabricators, vendors, and trim/accessory suppliers to streamline sourcing and ensure timely deliveries. Team Management: Supervise and motivate factory staff to maintain high productivity and uphold safety and compliance standards. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the garment/textile manufacturing industry Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows and supplier ecosystems Ability to manage both branded and third-party production pipelines Excellent organizational and leadership skills Proficiency in production planning tools/software is an advantage Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Yearly bonus Experience: Garment field : 6 years (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025,
