Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Administrator to oversee all building-related activities and ensure the smooth operation of our organization's infrastructure. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning workplace, allowing employees to work under optimal conditions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive in optimizing space and equipment use, and focused on reducing operational costs. Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively are key to success in this position. Key Responsibilities: Ensure Employee Safety Compliance: Oversee that all safety standards and regulatory requirements are met across the facility. Adherence to Policies & Procedures: Ensure work quality meets established guidelines and standards. Maintenance & Repairs: Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on field equipment and critical assets. Supervision: Manage and lead the facilities team, including custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, and external contractors. Space Management: Allocate office space based on organizational needs and ensure effective utilization of resources. Insurance & Contracts: Handle insurance plans, service contracts, and supplier agreements. Record Keeping & Billing: Maintain accurate financial and non-financial records and ensure timely submission of bills. Collaboration: Coordinate with production, operations, customer service, and other departments to implement facility-related programs. Cost Management: Review utility consumption and identify opportunities to reduce costs. Logistics Management: Arrange travel, including ticketing and accommodation, and coordinate events. Occasional Field Work: Handle minimal fieldwork when required and maintain a strong understanding of the local market. Qualifications: Educational Requirement: II PUC or Bachelor's degree. Experience: Proven supervisory experience in facility management or related fields. Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex situations simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in multiple languages (Kannada and Hindi preferred). Familiarity with budgeting, asset management, and maintenance practices.
