About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Facilities & Administration Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations and general administration for our Gurgaon office. This role requires strong experience in managing workplace infrastructure, vendor relationships, administrative functions, and office services in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentideally within an IT or engineering firm. Key Responsibilities Facilities Management: Manage end-to-end office infrastructure, utilities, and upkeep of premises Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office facilities including seating, meeting rooms, pantry, security, housekeeping, and maintenance Oversee AMC contracts and liaise with external vendors for services and repairs Handle space planning, workstation setup, and expansions as needed Administration: Manage office administration including procurement of office supplies, assets, and IT peripherals in coordination with procurement and IT teams Monitor adherence to workplace policies, safety norms, and compliance Coordinate with HR for onboarding logistics, employee events, and engagement activities Manage travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and company transport (if applicable) Vendor & Budget Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for office maintenance, cafeteria, housekeeping, and security Ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of services Maintain records and budgets related to admin and facility spend Employee Experience: Ensure a clean, secure, and productive working environment Serve as the go-to person for any facility-related queries or issues Support leadership and teams for administrative needs related to internal and external meetings Desired Candidate Profile 812 years of relevant experience in office administration and facilities management Preferably from IT, engineering, or global technology companies Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong vendor management and negotiation experience Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations Proficient in MS Office and facility management systems/tools Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field,
