Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and driven Junior Arc Welder to join our skilled fabrication team at Knospe & Co LLP.
Required and Preferred QualificationsRequired:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Preferred:
- Completion of a welding certification program or relevant vocational training
- 3+ year of experience in welding or fabrication environments
- Familiarity with different types of welding equipment and tools
- Technical Skills and Relevant TechnologiesProficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques
- Understanding of welding safety procedures and practices
- Experience with basic welding equipment setup and maintenance
