Job Description

Qualification: Diploma in Welding and Sheet Metal Should have 8+ years of experience in Fabrication field Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities to ensure production targets are met as per the schedule. Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints accurately for efficient production planning. Perform material estimation and calculation based on production requirements. Monitor workforce performance and guide technicians/operators for optimal output. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and timely completion of assigned tasks. Maintain proper documentation and reports related to production and inventory. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., design, QA, procurement) to ensure smooth workflow. Travel anywhere within India or abroad for installation and commissioning activities as required. Sound knowledge of fabrication processes including welding and sheet metal work. Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety practices used in fabrication.
