? Job Description:

Arkey Engineering Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Fabrication Engineer to join our production team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the sheet metal and fabrication industry and possess in-depth knowledge of fabrication processes, production planning, and quality control.

• ? Key Responsibilities:
• ?? Oversee fabrication processes including cutting, bending, welding, and assembly
• ?? Plan and execute daily production schedules based on job orders
• ? Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• ? Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and quality output
• ? Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for productivity and efficiency
• ? Maintain records for production output, raw materials, and manpower
• ? Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions if needed
• ??? Supervise shop floor operations and ensure safety compliance
• ? Required Skills & Qualifications:
• ? Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• ? Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication/production
• ? Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, tools, and materials
• ? Proficiency in production planning, shop floor control, and quality checks
• ?? Good communication and team management skills
• ? Basic knowledge of MS Office and production tracking software
