Job Description
The Fabric Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. As the Fabric Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing quality control, managing procurement processes, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of fabrics. Your responsibilities will also include leading a team, conducting negotiations with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate smooth operations. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Quality Control and Textiles, possess skills in Procurement and Negotiation, demonstrate strong Team Management abilities, exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Prior experience in the textile industry is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software is also necessary for success in this role.,
