Job description Shift Timings: Tuesday to Saturday | Around 12:00 PM 10:00 PM Mandatory - F5 BIG-IP Administrator 201 Certified. Position Summary: We are looking for a Level 1 (L1) Consultant skilled in F5 technologies to join our client engagement team in Delhi. The role involves providing foundational support in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting F5 technologiesprimarily LTM, DNS, and WAFfor a prominent telecom operator. The L1 Consultant acts as a technical advisor and first-level engineer in customer environments, assisting in deployments and ensuring the stability and performance of F5 appliances. This role is suited for professionals who have hands-on knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate efficiently in a client-facing setup. Key Responsibilities: Technical Responsibilities: Provide onsite and remote technical support for F5 products including LTM, DNS, and WAF Assist in configuration, deployment, and validation of F5 load balancers and application services Monitor and troubleshoot F5 systems in live customer networks Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or F5 support as needed Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of configurations, issues, and resolutions Stay up-to-date with F5 products and related networking technologies through continuous learning Customer Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for technical queries during shift hours Communicate regularly with client stakeholders regarding the status of issues and ongoing tasks Work collaboratively with F5 Support, Professional Services, and Sales Engineering teams Participate in project reviews, documentation handovers, and post-deployment support Required Skills & Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of F5 LTM, DNS, and WAF Basic understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, IPv4/IPv6, VLANs, SNAT/DNAT Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and SSL/TLS concepts Familiarity with telecom environments and related infrastructure (required) Working knowledge of operating systems: Linux, UNIX, or Windows Basic scripting ability (iRules, Bash, Python) is a plus Awareness of authentication technologies like LDAP, RADIUS, AD, etc. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or equivalent experience 36 years of experience in network engineering/support 12 years of direct experience working with F5 technologies F5 BIG-IP Administrator 201 Certification Mandatory Experience working in a client-facing or field-based support role Soft Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Effective verbal and written communication Client-first attitude with professionalism and adaptability Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tickets or tasks under pressure Team-oriented and proactive approach Application Process: To apply, please send your updated resume to rtiwari@bravecx.com Brave is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with E-Verify.
