As the Export Manager for Bagasse Tableware at BDG Polymers Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading the international sales operations, with a focus on expanding the company's presence in key global markets such as Africa, Bhutan, UK, and USA. Your role will involve identifying and developing business opportunities, managing the end-to-end export process, handling export documentation, collaborating with internal teams, attending international trade events, and building long-term relationships with clients. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field (MBA preferred), along with 5-10 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably in eco-friendly packaging, disposable tableware, or FMCG. Strong knowledge of international logistics, export documentation, and INCOTERMS is essential, and having an existing network of buyers/importers in Africa, SAARC, or the Middle East would be highly advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and export software/tools is required, and fluency in English is a must (knowledge of French/Swahili is a plus for African trade). You should also be willing to travel internationally as needed.
