Job Description

Ajit Agencies is a trusted name in the Indian automobile parts distribution space, with decades of experience in the domestic wholesale market. As we expand into the global trade arena, we are looking for a dynamic Export Broker to lead and manage our entry into international markets.





Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead Generation & Buyer Sourcing:
  • Identify and connect with potential international buyers, importers, and distributors of automobile parts.
  • Research export markets including Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.

  • Product & Market Matchmaking:
  • Understand our product line and align offerings with international demand.
  • Suggest pricing, packaging, and documentation changes suited for the export market.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closure:
  • Handle inquiries, negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure buyer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate communication between Ajit Agencies and foreign clients.

  • Documentation & Logistics Coordination:
  • Guide and coordinate export documentation such as Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, and Bill of Lading.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and regulatory bodies.

  • Compliance & Regulatory:
  • Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and export documentation norms.

  • Networking & Outreach:
  • Represent Ajit Agencies on online B2B platforms like IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, and Export Genius.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, expos, and online marketplaces.






Qualifications & Skills:



  • Proven experience in export brokerage, international trading, or export sales (automotive industry preferred).
  • Strong network of global automobile parts importers (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of INCOTERMS, export documentation, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
