Job Description

You should have a good typing speed and proficiency in English to handle email correspondence effectively. It is essential to possess sound knowledge of Invoice & Packing List formats and managing export documents in relation to banking, customs, and client logistics departments. This includes tasks such as Pre-Shipment and Post Shipment activities, handling Bill of Exchange and Bill of Collection. Additionally, you will be responsible for filling BRC, checking online on the DGFT website, and monitoring the Shipping bill status on the Ice-gate website. Your responsibilities will include preparing Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, drafting Bill of Lading, releasing GR, and handling all export-related documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a garment and accessories manufacturing/export company. Proficiency in English is a must, and a graduation degree is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
