Job Description

You will be joining an established event management company's Exhibition Division as a Sales Executive, Backend Operations Executive, or On-Ground Execution Manager, based on your experience and expertise. As a Sales Executive, you will utilize your minimum 2 years of B2B exhibition or event sales experience to generate leads, convert them into business opportunities, understand client requirements, offer custom stall solutions, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams for project execution while maintaining client relationships. If you are selected as a Backend Operations Executive, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with vendors, design teams, and clients for timely project updates, handling documentation, invoices, and logistics planning, ensuring internal timelines are met, and supporting the sales and execution teams with backend requirements, drawing on your 2 years of event/exhibition support role experience. As an On-Ground Execution Manager, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing stall setups or live event execution, you will oversee stall fabrication and installation at venues, coordinate with production teams, labor, and vendors on-site, handle last-minute changes, troubleshoot execution challenges, and ensure timely delivery and dismantling according to schedule.
