Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-5 years of work experience in the required industry. The job location is Chopanki, Rajasthan. Key Responsibilities: - Follow safety instructions and norms during manufacturing processes. - Process batches as per standard operating procedures (SOP) and prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR). - Conduct in-process sampling for reaction monitoring and in-process drying. - Clean the manufacturing area following the respective SOP. - Handle movement, labeling, and proper segregation of materials as per SOP and BMR. - Record filter differential pressure, balance verification and calibration records, and all other related production documents. - Report any deviations or unsafe working conditions to the Shift Manager. - Keep the log book updated according to all equipment operating procedures. - Manage documents such as Batch Production Records (BPR), Equipment Log Book, Engineering Change Request (ECR), and calibration of weight balances. - Work on the product process from batch charging to final packing to achieve shift targets. - Maintain product quality and process safety standards. Minimum Qualification: - Must have relevant industry experience.
