Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Franchise Sales Executive to join our team. As a fresher or an individual with 1-3 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads and promoting our franchise opportunities to potential clients. Your primary focus will involve making initial calls, establishing relationships, and identifying potential franchise partners. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to showcase our franchise opportunities. - Develop relationships with potential clients and understand their needs and interests. - Generate leads and arrange follow-up calls or meetings with our Franchise Head/Manager. - Conduct research on potential clients to uncover new business opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and follow-up activities. - Collaborate closely with the franchise team to meet sales targets. Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (freshers are welcome). - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve set targets. - Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
